  • 2 nectarines, sliced
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the Fruits: Wash all fruits thoroughly and slice peaches and nectarines. Remove pits from cherries and halve them. Toss in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Create the Lemon Maple Thyme Dressing: In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, lemon juice, and thyme leaves. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Combine Dressing and Fruit: Drizzle dressing over mixed fruit and gently toss to coat.
  4. Season It: Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the salad and give it one last gentle toss.
  5. Chill and Serve: Let the salad chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving.
