Sunrise Sunset Tropical Smoothie

A vibrant tropical smoothie bursting with fruits that will kickstart your day or refresh you on a hot afternoon.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup mango chunks
  • 1 cup coconut water or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your fruits: Hull the strawberries, peel and segment the orange, and chop the fresh mango.
  2. Add ingredients to the blender: Combine strawberries, pineapple, orange segments, mango, and coconut water or almond milk.
  3. Blend until smooth: Blend on high speed and scrape down sides as needed.
  4. Taste test: Make adjustments to sweetness or acidity as desired.
  5. Serve and enjoy: Pour into glasses and garnish as preferred.

Notes
