A fun and festive salad featuring mozzarella skulls, vibrant veggies, and a tangy dressing, perfect for Halloween or any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shaped into skulls
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mozzarella skulls by shaping portions of mozzarella and carving faces with a knife.
  2. Wash and chop the mixed greens, cucumbers, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Assemble the salad by mixing the greens, tomatoes, and cucumbers in a bowl, leaving space for the mozzarella skulls.
  4. Dress the salad with whisked olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper just before serving.
  5. Garnish with sliced black olives before serving.

Notes
