Mummy Hot Dogs

Delicious and fun Mummy Hot Dogs are perfect for Halloween parties or a playful family dinner.

Ingredients

  • Hot dogs (beef, turkey, or plant-based)
  • Refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • Mustard or ketchup (for ‘eyes’)
  • Optional: Cheese (cheddar, pepper jack, or Swiss)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the crescent dough on a clean surface.
  3. Cut the dough into thin strips, about 1/4 inch wide.
  4. Wrap the hot dogs with the strips, leaving gaps for ‘bandage character.’
  5. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Decorate with dots of mustard or ketchup for eyes.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until baking.
