  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon orange blossom water

  • Fresh orange segments for topping

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, orange blossom water, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  2. Chop the pistachios and set a few aside for garnish.
  3. Incorporate the chopped pistachios into your oat mixture.
  4. Divide the mixture between two jars or containers and seal them tightly. Refrigerate overnight.
