No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package (about 10 oz) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by softening cream cheese and measuring all others.
  2. Make the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until resembling wet sand.
  3. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a springform pan or pie dish.
  4. Mix the filling by beating cream cheese until smooth, then adding powdered sugar.
  5. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Flavor the filling with orange juice, zest, and vanilla, and fold until combined.
  7. Assemble the cheesecake by pouring the filling over the crust and smoothing the top.
  8. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  9. Serve chilled, garnished with orange slices or whipped cream as desired.
