- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup red candy or sprinkles
- 1/2 cup blue candy or sprinkles
Instructions
- Prep Your Workstation: Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
- Melt the Chocolate Mixture: Combine white chocolate chips, peanut butter, and unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Combine Cereal and Chocolate: Pour Rice Chex cereal into a large bowl, then pour the chocolate mixture over it.
- Add the Powdered Sugar: Transfer the coated cereal to a resealable bag, add powdered sugar, seal, and shake.
