Instructions

  1. Prepare your pumpkin bread: Crumble the pumpkin bread into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in the cream cheese: Combine until well mixed with a dough-like consistency.
  3. Chill the mixture: Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the white chocolate: Heat in intervals until smooth.
  5. Roll the truffles: Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
  6. Coat in chocolate: Dip each ball in melted white chocolate.
  7. Sprinkle it up: Add sprinkles or crushed nuts on top while the chocolate is still wet.
  8. Let them set: Allow truffles to firm up for about 30 minutes.
