Delicious pumpkin-flavored truffles made with Oreos and cream cheese, perfect for fall festivities.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 package Oreo Cookies (about 15–20 cookies)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips, melting
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • a pinch Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a large mixing bowl to make crumbs.
  2. Mix together the crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, and pumpkin puree until well combined.
  3. Flavor it up by adding pumpkin pie spice and sea salt, then mix again.
  4. Chill the mixture by covering it with plastic wrap and refrigerating for about 30 minutes.
  5. Shape the chilled mixture into tablespoon-sized balls.
  6. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler until smooth.
  7. Coat each truffle in melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Drizzle more melted chocolate on top or sprinkle crushed Oreos before the chocolate sets.
  9. Chill the coated truffles again for about 15 minutes to harden the chocolate.

Notes

You can make variations by adding nuts, using different types of Oreos, or creating a vegan-friendly version.
