Star Spangled Cheesecake Dip

A festive, creamy cheesecake dip adorned with vibrant red, white, and blue fruits, perfect for Fourth of July celebrations.

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup blueberry pie filling
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup strawberry pie filling
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • Fresh fruit, crackers, or cookies for serving

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients!
  2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix on low speed.
  4. Pour in the vanilla extract and blend until well mixed.
  5. Assemble by layering the cream cheese mixture in a serving dish.
  6. Spoon the blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer, then add fresh blueberries, followed by strawberry pie filling and fresh diced strawberries.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes to let flavors mingle.
  8. Serve with fresh fruits, crackers, or cookies and enjoy!
