Ingredients

  • Pumpkin Puree: 1 cup
  • All-Purpose Flour: 2 cups
  • Brown Sugar: 1 cup
  • Egg: 1 large
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice: 2 teaspoons
  • Baking Soda: 1 teaspoon
  • Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips: 1 cup
  • Peanut Butter Chips: 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: whisk together flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Cream together the brown sugar, pumpkin puree, and peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until blended.
  5. Combine the dry and wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
