Bisquick Blackberry Cobbler

A sweet, simple, and scrumptious blackberry cobbler made with Bisquick that brings the flavors of summer to your table.

  • 2 cups blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your baking dish by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Mix the blackberries and spread them evenly across the bottom of the greased dish.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients: Bisquick mix, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  5. Add in the wet ingredients: milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, stirring gently.
  6. Pour the batter over the blackberries.
  7. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes before serving warm.
