Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Start by chopping the onion, mincing the garlic, and grating the ginger.

  3. Add Spices: Once your kitchen smells divine, sprinkle in the garam masala, turmeric, and cumin. Sauté for another minute.
  4. Cook the Cauliflower: Toss in the cauliflower florets next and stir them well to coat in that flavorful mixture.
  5. Incorporate the Cream: Pour in the heavy cream and stir everything together. Cover the skillet and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Season and Finish: Taste and adjust the salt as needed. Garnish with fresh herbs like cilantro or mint if desired.
