  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken: Start by patting your chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the Marinade: In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin, paprika, and garlic powder. Stir until well combined.
  3. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag or a glass dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat Your Grill or Skillet: Heat your grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the Chicken: Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
