Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or parchment paper.
  3. Spread the pumpkin puree evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish.
  4. Add the blueberry preserves over the pumpkin layer.
  5. Mix the softened cream cheese until smooth, optionally adding vanilla extract.
  6. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the blueberry preserves.
  7. Top with the vanilla cake mix, spreading it evenly.
  8. Drizzle the melted butter over the dry cake mix.
  9. Bake for about 45-50 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
  10. Cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
