Pumpkin Pecan Pie Dump Cake

  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 can (15 oz) pecan pie filling
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) butter pecan cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish, spraying it with cooking spray or brushing it with melted butter.
  3. Mix the pumpkin puree and pecan pie filling in a large mixing bowl until well blended.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the dry butter pecan cake mix on top.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the cake mix layer.
  6. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool for about 10-15 minutes before serving warm.
