Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Start by chopping your onion, bell pepper, and mincing the garlic.
  2. Cook the sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, add your spicy sausage and break it up as it cooks, about 6-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Sauté your veggies: Add the chopped onion and bell pepper and sauté for about 5 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the garlic and spices: Stir in the minced garlic and paprika, cooking for another minute.
  5. Incorporate the rice: Pour in the rice and stir to coat each grain in the savory mixture.
