Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake

A deliciously simple dessert filled with strawberries and cream cheese, perfect for any gathering.

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it lightly.
  3. Prepare the strawberries; slice fresh or thaw frozen berries.
  4. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and milk in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the strawberries.
  6. Add the yellow cake mix evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Melt the butter and drizzle it over the cake mix.
  8. Sprinkle the salt over the top.
  9. Bake for about 45-55 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature, topped with powdered sugar and fresh strawberries.
