American Flag Fruit Pizza

A vibrant dessert featuring a creamy frosting on a sugar cookie crust, topped with fresh fruits arranged like the American flag.

  • 1 tube Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough (16.5 oz)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 8 oz Whipped Topping (thawed)
  • 12 oz Fresh Raspberries (3 to 4 cups)
  • 1 dry pint Fresh Blueberries (about 2 cups)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the refrigerated sugar cookie dough onto a well-greased or parchment-lined pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Bake the crust for about 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  4. Cool the crust completely.
  5. Make the frosting by combining cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy, then fold in the whipped topping.
  6. Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled crust.
  7. Build your flag with raspberries and blueberries.
  8. Finishing touches: Use remaining raspberries for stripes on the flag.
  9. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve sliced into wedges or squares, garnished with mint or a side of vanilla ice cream for extra flair.
