Homemade Peach Butter

A delightful spread that transforms ripe peaches into a rich and smooth peach butter, perfect for breakfasts and as a condiment.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Fresh Peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your peaches by rinsing and peeling them.
  2. Chop the peaches into 1-inch chunks and place them in a pot.
  3. Add water and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Blend the mixture using an immersion blender until smooth.
  5. Stir in sugar to taste and simmer on low for 30-45 minutes.
  6. Transfer the peach butter into sterilized jars and cool before sealing.

Notes

Consider canning the peach butter for longer shelf life. Variations include adding pineapple, spices, or vanilla for different flavors.
