Peach Cobbler

A comforting peach cobbler that evokes nostalgia and captures the essence of summer with its sweet, buttery crust and juicy peaches.

  • 1 can of peaches (sliced or halved)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Open the can of peaches and drain the liquid.
  3. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl and whisk until combined.
  4. Pour in milk and melted butter, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish, then carefully spoon peaches on top.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool for about 10 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. You can also add mint sprigs for garnish.
