Refreshing Peach Iced Tea Lemonade

A delightful blend of ripe peaches, fresh lemons, and robust black tea, perfect for summer refreshment.

  • 4 pieces ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 bags black tea
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 46 lemons)
  • 1/2 cup honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1 piece lemon, sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 bunch fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes, as needed

Instructions

  1. Make the Peaches Puree: Start by combining your sliced peaches in a blender. Blend them until smooth. Set aside the delicious puree for later.
  2. Brew the Tea: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Once boiling, add your black tea bags and steep for about 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let it cool.
  3. Combine the Ingredients: In a large pitcher, combine the cooled tea, peach puree, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir in your honey until it dissolves.
  4. Adjust Sweetness: Taste your mixture and add more honey if needed.
  5. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the pitcher for at least an hour. When serving, fill glasses with ice cubes, pour in your peach iced tea lemonade, and garnish with a slice of lemon and a mint sprig.
