Pickle Dip Pinwheels

Easy and flavorful snack made with creamy, savory, and tangy ingredients wrapped in soft tortillas, perfect for appetizers or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup diced pickles
  • 1 cup sliced ham
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your cream cheese: Soften the cream cheese, either by letting it sit out or microwaving it for 20 seconds.
  2. Mix the filling: Combine the cream cheese, diced pickles, sliced ham, and chopped green onions in a bowl until well-blended.
  3. Prepare your tortillas: Lay out the tortillas and warm them slightly in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them more pliable.
  4. Spread the filling: Take a scoop of the filling and spread it evenly over each tortilla, leaving an inch space at the edges.
  5. Roll it up: Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the filling as you go.
  6. Slice into pinwheels: Cut the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pinwheels, about 1 to 1.5 inches thick, and arrange them cut-side up on a platter.
  7. Chill and serve: Cover the pinwheels and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavor.

Notes

For serving, use toothpicks for easy grabbing and serve with extra pickles or dipping sauce. You can also add jalapenos for a spicy kick or replace ham with roasted red peppers for a vegetarian option.
