The Ultimate Pillsbury Halloween Cookies

Delight in the festive flavors of these Pillsbury Halloween Cookies, blending chocolate chip and pumpkin sugar cookie dough for a spooktacular treat.

  • 1 (36 oz) package Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
  • 1 package Pillsbury Pumpkin Shape Sugar Cookie Dough
  • Parchment paper (for baking sheet)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Scoop out golf-ball-sized amounts of the Toll House dough and place them on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  4. Form the Pillsbury Pumpkin Shape Sugar Cookie Dough into pumpkin shapes and place them next to the chocolate chip cookies.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
  7. Decorate cooled pumpkin cookies with royal icing or sprinkles if desired.

Notes
