Instructions

  1. Prep your oven and baking dish: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine pumpkin and cider in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Layer the apples evenly across the bottom of your baking dish.
  4. Add the pumpkin mixture over the apples.
