Pumpkin Chai Spice Dump Cake

A delightful and easy-to-make dump cake that combines the rich flavor of pumpkin with warm chai spices, perfect for autumn.

  • 1 can Pumpkin Puree (about 15 oz)
  • 1 cup Chai Concentrate
  • 1 box Spice Cake Mix (15.25 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cardamom
  • 1 stick Butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it lightly with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Mix your pumpkin puree and chai concentrate in a large mixing bowl until well blended.
  4. Add the spice cake mix and ground cardamom, folding gently until just combined.
  5. Melt the butter and pour it over the cake mixture, folding to combine.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for about 30–35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before serving warm or allowing it to cool completely.

Notes

You can serve it dusted with powdered sugar or drizzled with caramel sauce. Add whipped cream or ice cream for a delicious contrast.
