Pumpkin Honey Walnut Dump Cake

A delightful and simple dessert that captures the essence of autumn with creamy pumpkin, honey, and crunchy walnuts in a magical dump cake.

  • 1 can (15 oz) Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 1 box Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 1 cup Walnuts, chopped
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it lightly.
  3. Spread an even layer of pumpkin puree at the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Drizzle honey evenly over the pumpkin.
  5. Add the cake mix by sprinkling it evenly over the layers.
  6. Pour melted butter over the cake mix, covering it as much as possible.
  7. Top with chopped walnuts.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Check for doneness with a toothpick; it should come out mostly clean.
  10. Cool for a few minutes before serving warm.

Notes

For an extra flavor punch, add a teaspoon of pumpkin spice to the pumpkin puree. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream for a delicious treat.
