Pumpkin Maple Bacon Dump Cake

A delightful autumn dessert combining pumpkin, maple syrup, and crispy bacon with cornbread for a cozy treat.

  • 1 can (15 oz) Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 box (about 8.5 oz) Cornbread Mix
  • 1 cup Candied Bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Mix the pumpkin puree and maple syrup in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture in the greased baking dish evenly.
  5. Add the cornbread mix over the pumpkin layer.
  6. Crumble the candied bacon on top.
  7. Pour the melted butter evenly over the cornbread layer.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool for about 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream, and for extra flavor, add more candied bacon and maple syrup on top.
