Pumpkin Maple Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Combine the flour, pumpkin pie spice, and baking soda in another bowl.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, folding gently.
  6. Add the chocolate chips to the mixture, folding them in.
  7. Scoop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack.
