Pumpkin Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies

Delightful fall treats infused with pumpkin and Nutella, these cookies are soft, chewy, and full of cozy flavors.

  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 ½ cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the flour, pumpkin pie spice, and baking soda in a medium bowl.
  3. Combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the dry ingredients gradually to the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and Nutella until swirled.
  6. Scoop the dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

For added crunch, consider mixing in chopped nuts. You can also refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes to prevent spreading.
