Pumpkin Pie Dump Cake

A delightful dessert that combines the creamy goodness of pumpkin pie with the simplicity of a dump cake, perfect for fall gatherings.

  • 1 can (15 oz) Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 box (15-16 oz) Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 cup Graham Crackers, crushed
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by lightly greasing it.
  3. Mix the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl.
  4. Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  5. Add the yellow cake mix on top without stirring.
  6. Top with the crushed graham crackers.
  7. Pour the melted butter over the layers.
  8. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
