  • 1 (15 oz) can Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 (20 oz) can Crushed Pineapple, drained
  • 1 (15.25 oz) box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 cup Macadamia Nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Mix the pumpkin puree and crushed pineapple in a large mixing bowl until fully blended.
  4. Add the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the pumpkin-pineapple mixture without mixing.
  5. Pour the melted butter evenly over the cake mix.
  6. Sprinkle chopped macadamia nuts over the top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
