Mini Peach and Cream Cheese Tarts

Delightful mini tarts made with flaky pastry, creamy filling, and sweet peaches.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of homemade puff pastry
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to slightly thin it.
  3. Cut out the pastry circles using a round cutter or glass.
  4. Create the filling by mixing cream cheese, honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
  5. Assemble the tarts by spooning the cream cheese mixture onto the pastry circles.
  6. Layer on the peach slices over the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Fold the edges of the pastry for a rustic touch (optional).
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes

These tarts are best served warm or at room temperature. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle extra honey for elegance.
