Moroccan Cauliflower with Tahini-Honey

Transform humble cauliflower into a flavor-packed dish that sings with Moroccan spices, creaminess from tahini, and a touch of sweetness from honey.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prep the cauliflower.
  3. Toss with olive oil and spices.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Make the tahini-honey dressing.
  7. Assemble and serve.

Notes

Feel free to add cayenne pepper for heat or chickpeas for extra protein. This dish can be enjoyed with fluffy couscous or quinoa.
