Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into cubes
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (metal or soaked wooden)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prep the Veggies: Halve the baby potatoes and wash your cherry tomatoes.
  3. Skewer It Up: Thread the steak, cherry tomatoes, and halved potatoes onto the skewers.
  4. Get Your Grill On: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and cook kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Let Them Rest: Remove kebabs from the grill and allow them to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
