Pumpkin Coconut Cream Dump Cake

A cozy and easy dessert featuring creamy pumpkin and luscious coconut, perfect for fall gatherings.

  • 1 can Pumpkin Puree (15 oz)
  • 1 can Coconut Cream (13.5 oz)
  • 1 box White Cake Mix (15.25 oz)
  • 1 cup Toasted Coconut
  • 1 stick Butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the pumpkin puree and half of the coconut cream in a large bowl.
  3. Prep a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it with some of the melted butter.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture evenly in the greased baking dish.
  5. Add the dry white cake mix on top of the pumpkin layer without mixing it in.
  6. Drizzle the melted butter all over the cake mix.
  7. Top with toasted coconut evenly across the surface.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool for about 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute butter with coconut oil and use a vegan cake mix.
