Maple Dijon Salmon

A quick and easy recipe for juicy salmon marinated in a rich blend of maple syrup, tangy Dijon mustard, and fragrant garlic.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Salmon Fillets
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Thyme or Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk it all together until smooth.
  3. Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the fish and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Prepare for Baking: Line a baking dish with parchment paper or foil. Transfer the marinated salmon onto the baking dish.
  5. Bake: Place the salmon in the preheated oven. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Glaze Midway: About halfway through, brush the reserved marinade over the fillets.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Remove the salmon from the oven, let it rest, then sprinkle with fresh thyme or parsley.
  8. Enjoy: Serve warm with your favorite sides.

Notes
