  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • Chocolate spiders and extra white chocolate for decoration

Instructions

  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat until completely melted.
  3. Add the sugar, stirring until well combined.
  4. Stir in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then add the vanilla extract.
  5. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl and gradually add it to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Cool completely before transferring to a cutting board.
  10. Make the spider web by melting additional white chocolate, drizzling it over the cooled brownies in a web pattern, and placing chocolate spiders on top.

Notes

For a creative twist, try adding half a cup of nuts or a teaspoon of mint extract to the brownie batter.
