Delightfully Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake

A simple and delicious dessert that combines the creamy goodness of cheesecake with the sweetness of strawberries, perfect for impressing friends and family.

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by greasing it lightly with butter or non-stick spray.
  3. Slice the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Cream together the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and milk, mixing until well combined.
  6. Layer half of the strawberry slices in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries.
  8. Sprinkle the entire box of yellow cake mix on top.
  9. Melt the butter and drizzle it over the cake mix.
  10. Scatter the remaining strawberries on top of the cake mix.
  11. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  12. Cool for 10-15 minutes and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
