Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

A nutritious and delicious breakfast recipe that combines the flavors of strawberry cheesecake with the convenience of overnight oats.

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: additional strawberries, granola, nuts

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats and milk in a mixing bowl. Stir gently to ensure all the oats are soaked evenly.
  2. Whisk together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add half of your diced strawberries into the cream cheese mixture and gently stir.
  4. Spoon the creamy mixture into the oats and stir until well combined.
  5. Layer the oats and remaining strawberries in your jar or container if you prefer.
  6. Cover your jar tightly and pop it in the fridge overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  7. Serve and enjoy in the morning with your favorite toppings.

Notes

These oats can be prepped in advance and stored for up to 4-5 days. Get creative with toppings and variations for different flavors.
