  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla bean paste.
  5. Gradually combine the dry mixture with the butter mixture, alternating with milk.
  6. Fold in the strawberry jam for a marbled effect.
  7. Scoop the batter into cupcake liners, filling them two-thirds full.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool cupcakes in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  10. Make the cream cheese frosting by mixing cream cheese and butter, then add powdered sugar and vanilla until creamy.
