Ultimate Strawberry Pie

A delightful strawberry pie bursting with fresh berry goodness, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1 (9-inch) frozen pie crust (baked)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 1 lb strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 (3 oz) package strawberry gelatin

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Place your frozen pie crust into the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Mix together 1 cup of sugar, 1 ½ cups of water, and ¼ cup of cornstarch in a medium saucepan until smooth.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry gelatin until completely dissolved.
  5. Fold in the sliced strawberries gently.
  6. Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust, spreading it evenly.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to let it set.
  8. Slice and serve with whipped cream on top.

Notes

Use high-quality strawberries for the best flavor. Leftover filling is great over ice cream or pancakes.
