Strawberry Mango Popsicles

A refreshing and fruity popsicle recipe that captures the essence of summer with vibrant flavors of strawberries and mangoes.

  • 3 cups strawberries, halved
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 cups cubed mango
  • 1/3 cup orange juice

Instructions

  1. Gather Your Ingredients: Before you begin, make sure you have all your ingredients on hand.
  2. Prep the Strawberries: Wash strawberries thoroughly, remove the green tops, and slice them in half.
  3. Blend the Strawberries: In a blender, combine halved strawberries, lime juice, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the Strawberry Mixture: Carefully pour the strawberry mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about 1/2 to 2/3 full.
  5. Blend the Mangoes: Add cubed mango and orange juice to the same blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Add the Mango Layer: Spoon the mango mixture over the strawberry layer in each mold and swirl together gently.
  7. Insert Sticks & Freeze: If needed, insert sticks and freeze for 4 to 6 hours until completely solid.
  8. Enjoy Your Popsicles: Remove popsicles from molds, running under warm water if necessary.

Notes

Feel free to substitute mango with other tropical fruits like pineapple or kiwi for a fun twist.
