Tropical Chill Coconut Lime Bars

Delightful tropical bars with creamy coconut and zesty lime flavors that transport you to a sunny beach.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a greased 8″x8″ baking dish.
  4. Bake the crust for about 10 minutes or until golden.
  5. Whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, coconut cream, lime juice, lime zest, and shredded coconut in another bowl.
  6. Pour the filling over the baked crust and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until the edges are set.
  8. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  9. Slice into squares using a sharp knife.

Notes

Serve with extra lime zest or shredded coconut on top for a decorative touch. Great for summer gatherings!
