  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • Fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries) for topping

Instructions

  1. Create the Crust
  2. Crush the Oreos until they resemble fine crumbs.
  3. Combine cookie crumbs with melted butter until evenly coated.
  4. Form the crust in a tart pan and refrigerate to set.
  5. Make the Chocolate Filling
  6. Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  7. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, adding powdered sugar.
  8. Combine the melted chocolate and whipped cream gently.
  9. Assemble the Tart
  10. Fill the crust with the chocolate filling and spread evenly.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
