Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Cream the butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  4. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
  6. Shape the dough into finger shapes and place on a baking sheet.
