Cookies & Cream Dessert Cups

A whimsical treat that brings together the classic flavors of cookies and cream in delightful dessert cups perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1.5 cups chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Mini cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base by finely crushing the chocolate sandwich cookies.
  2. Make the cream mixture by combining cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Assemble the cups by layering the crushed cookies and cream mixture in serving cups.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes to meld the flavors.

Notes

Garnish with whipped cream or a mini cookie for presentation. Can be made a day in advance.
